By then, a specially equipped workshop had already been build compising drying premises which made it possible to produce more than two hundred custom-made guitars.

One day, in 1996, a Swedish music shop owner Jan Halkan, who was engaged in selling rare musical instruments and vintage guitar amplifiers, came across a precise copy of a Fender Stratocaster having no logo on it. That guitar looked and sounded so alike that the Swedish businessman offered cooperation to Gennadij. The latter produced quite a lot of guitars under the "Halkan" brand. Those were mainly guitars specially constructed according to Jan Halkan's original drafts for his Stockholm music shop. Now, many guitarists performing in such legendary bands as "Rolling Stones" (Keith Richards), "Pretenders" and many others, including the guitarist from Bob Dylan's band and the guitarist from the Swedish band "Proxima" play the guitars produced by Gennadij Jotautas.

Since Gennadij Jotautas is a professional, he does not stand mediocrity. Producing any part of every single guitar he builts, Gennadij tries to make it perfect. Every piece of wood to be used in a guitar is also hand-selected by the Master. All this makes his every guitar unique.
