| Here you will find all answers on interesting you, frequently asked questions.

What do I have to do to place an order for your equipment?
Everything is quite simple. You need to send us an order by an e-mail letter, to which we will reply as soon as possible. Then a further discussion takes place, concerning all the details of the order, such as the price of the unit to be produced, its type etc.

How long does it usually take you to produce a custom device?
It usually takes us one month to complete an order. If an order is technically complicated, it takes us up to 2 months to produce a custom device.

Do you have a warranty for your devices?
Yes, for all the devices produced by us there is a 3-year warranty. A customer can also renew the electronic components of the device purchased or exchange it to other models of the equipment produced by us.

What is the difference between your devices and the similar-type devices of other brands?
All the schemes used in our devices are unique and patented. There are no devices posessing similar sound and design. The soul of our sound is a classic tube overdrive, when no semi-conductive elements are used in the circuit. No additional stomp boxes are required to achieve the overdrive level needed. Using our equipment, you will never hear the limiter to wipe-out at low frequencies when performing rhythm patterns. The sound remains distinct and transparent even when chords containing 4 or even 6 notes are played at any level of overdrive.

For how long have you been producing guitar effects?
For more than 10 years.

For which guitarists are your devices intended?
Our devices are intended only for experienced guitarists, who have a certain experience of working in studio and performing live.

Which pickups do you recommend to use with your devices?
Dimarzio, Seymour Duncan, active EMG pickups, but since in the latter case a certain adjustment of the scheme is needed, you will need to let us know beforehands what type of pickup you are using. We do not recommend to use pickups of the following brands: Schaller, Shadow, Chinese no-name pickups and the pickups which come with cheap IBANEZ'es of the RG series.

Which amplifiers or combos do you recommend to use with your devices?
Practically any amplifiers will suit, which have a suitable clean channel (without sharp notches or boosts in the amplitude curve) and speakers intended to adequately reproduce the guitar sound. A complete information on this issue will be supplied later.

What am I to do to reproduce the sound of your demos?
You will need a Shure SM 57, a mixer or a microphonic preamp. The detailed scheme of placing the microphone as well as the detailed description of the whole recording process will soon appear on our web-site. Now we can only tell that all the demo examples were recorded at the amplifier's level being no louder than the human speech.

Why have you stopped producing magnetic pickups for electric guitars?
After Estonia entered the EU, there is no more need in doing it.

It is quite risky to buy a device having not heard it sound. What am I to do if I don't like the sound of the device I bought and which has just been delivered to me by mail?
Unfortunately, or maybe, luckily, we simply cannot produce more than 15 devices per month, since our production requires a lot of manual labour (the making of cases, the assembling of the devices). That is why our devices are sold directly to customers, avoiding dealers. Because of such an approach to production, we cannot be present in all the regional markets (and, in fact, are not willing to do so), since this kind of product is not intended for mass production. If you did not like the sound of the device you have purchased, you will have to send the device back to us during a week starting from the day you received it and we will refund your money on condition that no obvious defects of the case are found and the device itself is fully operable. It is also the customer who pays all the mail expenses for the redelivery of the device.

If I need to produce an overdrive posessing a unique sound, how do I correct the sound of the device being produced in process of making?
In process of designing the scheme of a particular device, we can record demo examples and send them to you by e-mail. Thus, the customer takes an active part in the process of creation of his unique sound. |
